  • Non-Winter Weather policy
    In the event of inclement weather, tours may be cancelled at the discretion of the tour guide. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, guests will have the option to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all tour guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you on a future tour.
  • Rider Safety
    Riders must be 14 or older to ride their own eBike. Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Adults must book their own tour and ride their own eBike. One rider per eBike Maximum weight for a rider is 300 lbs Riders must have a basic level of fitness and ability to ride a bike Riders must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour to receive instruction on how to safely operate the eBike
  • Winter Weather Policy
    Tours will be cancelled with a full refund under the following weather conditions: - Winter Storm, Blizzard, Ice Storm, or Wind Chill Warnings - Sustained sleet or hail or snow for more than 30 minutes - Excessive snow or ice accumulation making biking unsafe (including City of Madison Snow Emergencies) -If the windchill is below 20°F at the start of the tour -If the windchill is below 35°F at the start of the tour, the tour will continue but guests may choose not to participate and receive a full refund.
  • Cancelation Policy:
    If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
